The prediction

They now take on a Carlton side that most recently succumbed to a derby day defeat to Collingwood, ensuring that they have won just one of their opening six games in the 2026 AFL season.

Carlton's one win this year was a narrow victory against a struggling Richmond side and another comfortable Fremantle victory is to be expected on Saturday.
