THE PREDICTION
Both sides are enduring something of a slump domestically but attentions return to the Champions League, with Group F finely poised at the halfway stage. When these two sides met in Switzerland two weeks ago, Villarreal were 1-4 winners but that scoreline arguably flattered the Spanish side with two late goals adding some gloss to the victory. They remain suspect in defence though, having failed to keep a clean sheet in any of their last five games in all competitions, and with Young Boys having both scored and conceded in their last five, it is reasonable to expect both teams to score again here.
