Bayern have made a sensational start to their Champions League campaign as they boast a 100% record having scored eight without reply in games against Barcelona and Dynamo Kiev respectively but this will undoubtedly be their toughest test to date as Benfica have looked a well-drilled outfit so far. Their record at home in the competition is commendable in recent times having won their last five Champions League games on their own turf but this will naturally be a huge test for them. They have conceded just once in their last five Champions League games and could well hold out until at least half-time here, but you would ultimately expect Bayern’s class in the attacking areas to break through so selecting Draw / Bayern in the double result market could be worth looking at.
