Travel Distances 2023/24 – National League South

Here at TSZ we have put together a list of all the travel distances for the 2023/24 National League South season.

The distances have been determined by using the shortest route by road on Google Maps at the time of writing. The mileage shown is for one-way journeys from a team's home stadium to the opponent's home stadium for all away games in the league campaign. The results DO NOT factor in the return journey, and as this is strictly a 'by road' analysis, other means of transport (e.g. train) are not considered.

TOTAL DISTANCES

  • Truro have comfortably the most distance to travel in the 2023/24 National League South season, as they will be required to clock up almost 500 miles more than their closest competitor in that department.
  • Hampton & Richmond, meanwhile, have a relatively modest total of 1839 miles to travel in the league campaign.

WHAT IS THE LONGEST AWAY TRIP IN THE NATIONAL LEAGUE SOUTH?

  • Dover to Truro (and vice versa) represents the longest away day in the National League South (288 miles), although it should be noted that Truro are temporarily playing at Bolitho Park in Plymouth.
  • Facing either Dover or Truro is the longest trip for all 24 teams competing in the 2023/24 National League South.

WHAT IS THE SHORTEST AWAY TRIP IN THE NATIONAL LEAGUE SOUTH?
