Pacos de Ferreira are winless in five Primeira Liga matches but at least managed to stop the rot at four-straight defeats with a 1-1 draw away at Rio Ave last Sunday. They remain firmly rooted in the fifth and final Europa League qualification place ahead of this weekend’s fixtures with 13 points separating them from fourth and seven points between them and Vitoria Guimaraes in sixth but they will be desperate for a home victory having enjoyed superb form at home for most of the season.
