THE PREDICTION
Lazio’s admittedly slim hopes of qualifying for the Champions League were snuffed out for good following their 2-0 defeat to Roma on Saturday and they go into this midweek clash with Torino – a match rescheduled from earlier in the season – with nothing to play for as they are destined to finish in sixth place regardless of what happens before now and the end of the season. Torino are effectively safe from the drop now given their goal difference advantage over Benevento below them but they can still climb the table over the next two games and should have the greater motivation here. Even a much-rotated Lazio side should still be winning this, but a drop-off in intensity could leave them vulnerable at the back so Both Teams to Score looks a reasonable shout here.
