THE PREDICTION
Two sides in the relegation zone meet here but it is only Benevento who have a mathematical chance of escaping the drop and to do so they must win their two remaining games and hope other results go their way. There have been no signs of such a revival though, as they have won just one of their last 20 games – which strangely came against Juventus in Turin – so it would take a surprising turn of events for them to execute an escape. Relegated Crotone already have one eye on next season but they put in a decent performance to beat Hellas Verona midweek and they are looking to end the campaign on a positive note. Benevento’s need is greater but they could be held to a point here, which would seal their immediate return to Serie B.
