THE PREDICTION
The international break probably came at the right time for Marseille as, after a positive start to the season, they have failed to win any of their last four games in all competitions. They have been guilty of being wasteful in front of goal having failed to score in three of those matches and they now come up against a Lorient outfit who are not conceding many. The visitors have put together a nifty six-game unbeaten run – their longest in the league since 2014 – and they are likely to try and stifle their opponents here. Given Marseille’s recent problems in front of goal, backing under 2.5 goals could be the way to go in this one.
