THE PREDICTION
Monaco failed to make a statement in their Ligue 1 opener last weekend as they were held by Nantes at home and the fact they are currently involved in Champions League qualifying commitments must surely be distracting them. Lorient also came away with a point last week as they drew with Saint-Etienne and they will adopt a similarly resolute approach here as they sit back and try and absorb pressure. The visitors are once again in European action the following midweek but it’s hard to see them being complacent domestically again and the likelihood is that they register their first league win of the season here.
