THE PREDICTION
Reigning league champions Lille opened up their campaign with a thrilling come-from-behind 3-3 draw with Metz last weekend but they certainly looked rusty from a defensive perspective. Indeed, you have to go back to December 2019 for the previous time they have conceded more than twice in the league so it was not exactly an ideal league start for new boss for Jocelyn Gourvennec. He will be keen to see some defensive improvement here and they should be fairly confident of keeping Nice at bay, who looked a little blunt in the attacking areas last week as they began their campaign with an uninspiring goalless draw against Reims.
