THE PREDICTION
It has not been a good start to the domestic campaign for last season’s third-placed team Monaco. After being frustrated by Nantes in a 1-1 draw, they followed that up with a hugely disappointing 1-0 defeat at the hands of Lorient last Friday and it is clear that their involvement in Champions League qualification is distracting them somewhat. Lens, meanwhile, twice came from behind to claim a point against Saint-Etienne last weekend but they remain without a league win in their last six games (stretching back to last season). Monaco simply have to kick-start their Ligue 1 campaign here and, against opponents who look there for taking, they can be backed in the draw no bet market.
