THE PREDICTION
Heracles became the latest side to lose to the Eredivisie’s great escapists Emmen in a 3-1 defeat away from home but have just two defeats from their last seven league games and should find an easier opponent here. Travelling VVV are the side in the worst form and dropped into the relegation zone at Emmen’s expense after a 10th straight defeat, this time away at Sparta Rotterdam. VVV have failed to score in each of their last three losses and look hopelessly lost at sea with just four games of the regular season left to play. Heracles’ home form has been exemplary in 2021, losing just once out of eight games, to Ajax of all teams, and taking them to win this outright seems a solid option.
