Fiorentina vs Atalanta prediction

Throughout this campaign, Fiorentina have been dealing with a relegation battle and it has looked, at times, as though they would inevitably fall through the trapdoor. I Viola have improved through the spring and did manage to defeat Juventus by two goals to nil last week, courtesy of goals scored by Cher Ndour and Rolando Mandragora.

They now face an Atalanta side that have endured a topsy turvy campaign but they have secured seventh spot and UEFA Europa Conference League qualification – a competition that they will believe they are favourites for next season. The Bergamasci were beaten 1-0 by Bologna at the New Balance Arena last week.

That loss means that the visitors have now won just one of their last seven matches across all competitions but Fiorentina are no great shakes and, with the pressure off, both teams scoring would appear a reasonable bet for this one at the Artemio Franchi in Tuscany.

Fiorentina vs Atalanta tip: Both teams to score
