He won a title in Pune and then went on to make the quarter-finals of an event in Naples. He currently has an 11-5 win-loss record in 2026, but he now faces his toughest test as he competes in his first ATP tournament of the campaign.
His first-round opponent is Alexandre Muller. The Frenchman has struggled for form this season, and he opted to drop down and compete on the Challenger Tour in Naples last week. He was able to win consecutive matches, but then lost in the quarter-finals after a comprehensive defeat to Hamad Medjedovic.
Muller is far more experienced at tour-level and will start as the favourite, but Cina’s talent is clear and he should be able to cause him problems in this first-round match.
