DC United vs Inter Miami prediction
DC United have started the 2026 Major League Soccer campaign with a couple of low-scoring clashes. Having edged past Philadelphia Union by a goal to nil when at home, they then succumbed to a slender 1-0 loss away to Austin in Texas.
They now face an Inter Miami side that, captained by Lionel Messi, were inspired by the Argentina captain scoring a brace to come from 2-0 down to defeat Orlando City by four goals to two in a Floridian derby at the Inter&Co Stadium last week.
It has been a bit of a concerning start for Miami, having been beaten 3-0 by LAFC on the opening day, but Messi appears to be in excellent form, having even played well in that loss, and, even though DC won at home on the opening day, the visitors are the favourites.
