vs Scott Waites
W3, L2
Last meeting: Scott Waites 5-1 Dave Chisnall (Nov 2013 – Grand Slam of Darts)

PROSPECTS
Dave Chisnall is the highest ranked player in this group and has a winning head-to-head record against all three of his opponents. Chizzy is one of the most prolific 180 hitters in the sport and, if he finds his range on the T20, he will take some stopping.

JAN DEKKER

vs Scott Waites
W4, L3
Last meeting: Scott Waites 6-3 Jan Dekker (Feb 2020 – Players Championship)

PROSPECTS
A win in his opening match against Worsley appears to be a must with matches against Chisnall and Waites to follow. Dekker is not renowned as a heavy scorer but is a danger when lurking on a finish.

vs Scott Waites

PROSPECTS
Jonathan Worsley is the underdog in this group. He has a lot of experience of playing on the main tour though his best achievement came in winning on the Challenge Tour in 2018. It does not seem likely he will qualify from a section containing Chisnall and Waites.

SCOTT WAITES

PROSPECTS
Do not be fooled by Scott Waites’ ranking as the former two-time BDO World Champion has a wealth of experience and only just moved to the PDC in January. The opening match between Chisnall and Waites could well be the key fixture in deciding who tops the group.

THREE PICKS FROM 3 DART ANALYST

Over 7.5 legs – Dave Chisnall vs Scott Waites

I’m expecting a good contest in the opening match of the evening. It’s difficult to know who will settle in the fastest but hopefully they will both adapt quickly and serve up an encounter that goes all the way.

Dave Chisnall to win and score the most 180s vs Jan Dekker

Chisnall has a good record against Dekker in their previous meetings and, if he gets into a rhythm, it will be hard for the Dutchman to match his heavy scoring.

Jan Dekker to have the highest checkout vs Jonathan Worsley

Dekker is the favourite in this match but he might not have things his own way. I’m looking towards the highest checkout option as Dekker looks more likely to land a big one.
