Last meeting: Darren Webster 6-2 Andy Hamilton (Sept 2017 – Euro Tour qualifier)

vs Bradley Brooks

Last meeting: Darren Webster 6-1 Bradley Brooks (Sept 2019 – Players Championship)

PROSPECTS
Darren Webster starts as the favourite with the bookies to qualify from the group, but the form of ‘The Demolition Man’ over the last 18 months has been well below the level that saw him break into the top 16 in the Order of Merit and he’s by no means a certainty to claim top spot in a competitive looking pool.

PROSPECTS
Apart from a couple of semi-final appearances in the early part of 2019, Baker hasn’t really made the progression that he seemed capable of doing after winning his PDC Tour Card. Still, he is a very competent player and would not be a surprise qualifier.

vs Bradley Brooks
W1, L0
Last meeting: Andy Hamilton 6-3 Bradley Brooks (Mar 2020 – Euro Tour qualifier)

PROSPECTS
Former Premier League player Andy Hamilton made his return to the PDC Tour earlier this year after a stint in the BDO. He is no longer the consistent player that regularly reached the latter stages of major tournaments but his form is improving and he is capable of being in contention for the qualifying berth in this group.

vs Andy Hamilton
W0, L1
Last meeting: Andy Hamilton 6-3 Bradley Brooks (Mar 2020 – Euro Tour qualifier)

PROSPECTS
At just 20 years old, Bradley Brooks is the youngster in this group. He’s been playing on the main circuit since 2018 but hasn’t had many runs into the latter stages in ranking tournaments. He’s got plenty of potential though and, in an event like this, he can’t be ruled out.

THREE PICKS FROM 3 DART ANALYST

Over 7.5 legs – Darren Webster vs Bradley Brooks

The first game of the night pitches the highest and lowest ranked players against each other but I don’t think this will be an easy match for Webster and I can see Brooks posing plenty of problems in a game that could go the distance.

Andy Hamilton to score the most 180s vs Bradley Brooks

Hamilton has a much superior 180 hitting ratio on the PDC circuit this season than his opponent and I think there may be some value in siding with him to outscore Brooks on the 180 count in this game.

Over 104.5 checkout – Scott Baker vs Andy Hamilton

I think this as an even looking match that could see the full quota of legs being played, and in a game of that length a checkout of over 104.5 might well be achieved.
