Daniel Altmaier vs Rinky Hijikata prediction
It’s been a largely disappointing season for Daniel Altmaier, with 15 defeats from 24 matches up to this point. He plays Rinky Hijikata in round one. The Australian managed to qualify for this event, having failed to do so in Madrid or Rome, while he also suffered an early exit at the Bordeaux Challenger last week. Hijikata’s highlight of the campaign was a round-of-16 appearance at Indian Wells, which included a win over Alexander Bublik.
He’s been far from his best this year, but Altmaier has the more impressive pedigree on this surface.
