Crvena Zvezda, also known as Red Star Belgrade, managed to win the Belgrade derby at the weekend, defeating Partizan Belgrade by two goals to one, courtesy of goals from Timi Elsnik and Nemanja Radonjic. They have suffered one loss across all competitions so far this season, which involved a loss to Pafos in the UEFA Champions League.
There is a bit of off-field disgruntlement going on at Parkhead for Brendan Rodgers and his Celtic squad, following their elimination on penalties in the playoff round of the UEFA Champions League to Kazakh champions Kairat Almaty.
