The prediction

Collingwood have been playing well but, after a tie with Hawthorn, they have succumbed to a loss against an in-form and high-flying Geelong side before being edged out by current league leaders the Sydney Swans last week.

They now face a West Coast Eagles side that earned a 17-point defeat of the GWS Giants in their most recent outing last week. The Titans had endured a six-match losing streak prior to that crucial victory in Melbourne.

That much-needed victory for the visitors is unlikely to be something that transforms their fortunes and Collingwood have to be viewed as the favourites for this one.
