The prediction

Collingwood were on the receiving end of a bit of a hammering from reigning Premiers Brisbane Lions last week, with the hosts delivering a statement 54-point win at the Gabba.

The Magpies struggled without captain Darcy Moore, while Nick Daicos' late withdrawal certainly did not help matters as they were overrun by the back-to-back champions.

Fremantle survived a late Adelaide comeback last week, eventually winning by just two points as they won their third straight match in the 2026 AFL campaign.

The Dockers weren't as free-flowing as in previous weeks, but the end result was the same for Justin Longmuir's team, who are shaping up to be one of the contenders for the crown once again.

With Collingwood under-strength right now, we like Fremantle for this one.
