Charlotte come into this one on the back of a 2-1 victory over the New England Revolution in their most recent outing, a couple of weeks ago before the September international break. The hosts have now enjoyed five successive victories across all competitions as they sit towards the top end of the Eastern Conference.

They now face an Inter Miami side that, coached by Javier Mascherano, sit sixth in the table, four points behind Charlotte. Due to the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, though, they do have three or four games in hand on the teams above them. The Floridians most recently lost the Leagues Cup final by three goals to nil to the Seattle Sounders.

Charlotte are in excellent form and do have the home advantage, and Inter Miami can often get dragged into long end to end slogs so both teams scoring would seem a good bet here.
