Celtic vs Roma prediction

After a turbulent start to the season which has seen Martin O’Neill return as an interim coach following the dramatic departure of Brendan Rodgers, Wilfried Nancy has suffered a frustrating start to his reign as Celtic boss with the Bhoys losing a top-of-the-table clash against Hearts at Celtic Park the other day.

They now face a Roma side that have been much-improved, albeit surprisingly stubborn and lacking fluency, since the appointment of Gian Piero Gasperini. Their lack of attacking form was exposed at the weekend as the Giallorossi fell away from top spot in Serie A with a surprise 1-0 defeat to Cagliari in Sardinia.

Roma will head to Glasgow very confident that they can limit a confused Celtic side that are lacking cohesion and siding with the visitors would appear a good bet here.
