Carlos Alcaraz vs Cameron Norrie prediction

Carlos Alcaraz will meet Cameron Norrie in a battle of former champions at Indian Wells.

The Spaniard was in fabulous form as he swept to a 6-1 7-6 win over Casper Ruud to remain perfect in 2026.

Norrie has been outstanding this week and continued to play superb tennis in a 6-4 6-2 victory over qualifier Rinky Hijikata. 

This will be their ninth meeting and Cam has done some damage in the head-to-head, trailing 3-5 overall.

The 27th seed won their most recent clash indoors in Paris last year and has triumphed in two of the last three encounters.

Alcaraz won 6-4 6-3 at Indian Wells back in 2022 and if the Spaniard hits the heights of the first set against Ruud, it will be tough for Norrie to live with him. 

That said, there’s little value in backing Alcaraz to win, as he will be an overwhelming favourite, so it could be worth considering Cam nicking a set if you want to take a bit of risk to try and earn a greater reward.
