Cambridge vs Birmingham prediction

Coached by former Millwall boss Neil Harris, in his second stint in charge of the U’s, Cambridge United have shown some fight in the final month of the campaign, albeit they do come into this one on the back of back-to-back 2-1 losses to Leyton Orient and then Burton Albion in games in which they took a first-half lead.

They now face a Birmingham City side that broke the all-time EFL points tally in midweek as they defeated Blackpool by two goals to nil at Bloomfield Road thanks to goals from Ethan Laird and Alfie May. The Blues, under Chris Davies after spending over £30 million last summer, have collected 108 points from their 45 matches so far this season.

Cambridge may well have shown some fight but it will be a party atmosphere in the away end as they seek to make it past the 110-point mark at the Abbey Stadium on the final day.

Cambridge vs Birmingham tip: Birmingham to win -1 handicap
