The prediction
The Brisbane Lions have been largely inconsistent in the regular season of the AFL but the defending champions are finding form at a good time. Their 24-point defeat of the West Coast Eagles last week has extended their winning streak to six matches.
They now face a Port Adelaide side that have managed just six wins and 12 defeats in their 18 matches so far. The South Australians succumbed to a 28-point loss to runaway leaders Fremantle in their most recent outing last week.
Port Adelaide have struggled throughout the campaign and the Lions will be confident of making it seven wins in a row, especially at The Gabba in Queensland.
