Brazil vs USA prediction
Brazil were outstanding across the group stage, winning all three of their games while netting nine goals in the process. The most recent of those victories was a 1-2 triumph against England, underlining the class of these young Brazilians to get the better of a strong English side. Now they face another big challenge following a poor group stage campaign for USA which saw them go through as a third-place team.
USA finally clicked in their last match after picking up just one point prior to that, thrashing New Zealand by nine goals to nil. However, Brazil are clearly a far tougher test and with the offensive verve they possess, it will be hard for the USA backline to contain them. This should be a close one though with USA capable of matching Brazil throughout if at their best. In the end, it would be no surprise to see extra time and maybe even penalties needed here, so backing a draw in 90 minutes may prove worthwhile.
