Brandon Nakashima vs Alexander Blockx prediction

Alexander Blockx will hope its third time lucky against Brandon Nakashima.

The Belgian lost their only previous tour-level meeting in Cincinnati last year and also came up short in a Challenger event in 2023.

The world number 69 saw off lucky loser Cristian Garin 4-6 7-5 7-5 in the first round and will feel he has a greater shot at Nakashima on the dirt.

The American 28th seed is decent on the surface but it is not where he plays his best tennis. That said, he should still have the edge overall here, but may do it via the scenic route.

Brandon Nakashima vs Alexander Blockx tip: Over 2.5 sets
