After their impressive campaign in this competition, Braga have been unconvincing thus far. The Portuguese outfit won 5-0 on aggregate against UEFA competition debutants Zeleznicar Pancevo, despite only winning 1-0 in the first-leg, before they then squeezed past Dinamo Minsk by a goal to nil in the third qualifying round.
Austria Vienna come into this one on the back of a penalty shootout victory against Israeli outfit Beitar Jerusalem in the third qualifying round. The Austrians had eased to a comfortable 5-1 aggregate victory against Liepaja in the second qualifying round.
Estadio Municipal became a fortress for Braga last season and they should again win here, albeit they haven’t been as fluent as they would have liked.
