Arsenal vs Brentford prediction

It was a couple of rare dropped points for Arsenal on Sunday, with the Gunners playing out a 1-1 draw with London rivals Chelsea.

Although Mikel Arteta's side fought back from a goal down in the second half at Stamford Bridge, they will have been slightly disappointed at having failed to defeat a side who played with ten men for the majority of the contest.

Igor Thiago was once again the hero for Burnley on the weekend as his brace helped the Bees to a 3-1 victory over struggling Burnley at the Gtech.

The Brazilian striker now has 11 goals in the Premier League season, with Keith Andrews' side firmly in mid-table heading into the weekend's fixtures.

Arsenal have indisputably been the best side in the Premier League this season, and it hard to see them dropping points in consecutive games. With some defensive absences though, it would not be a surprise to see Brentford get on the scoresheet.
