Angers vs Lens prediction

Under the management of Alexandre Dujeux, Angers managed to avoid relegation last season in their first season back in Ligue 1, but they have struggled again at the start of this season. However, their form has improved with a 1-0 win away to Toulouse last weekend meaning they have collected ten points from their last five matches.

After the departure of Will Still, Lens made the impressive appointment of former Olympique Lyonnais boss Pierre Sage and they have improved, sitting tucked inside the top three in Ligue 1, ahead of this weekend. They made it three wins on the bounce last week with a 1-0 defeat of fellow high-flyers Strasbourg.

Angers have replicated their form from last season by starting slowly and then springing into life. Lens are simply magnificent at the moment and should see out another win here.
