The Adelaide Crows sit tucked in the top-half of the 2026 AFL table as they head into Round 13 with the visit of a strong Geelong side to South Australia on Thursday.

The prediction

The Adelaide Crows come into this one on the back of a slender nine-point loss to a strong Hawthorn side in their most recent outing, last week. That ended what was a three-match winning streak for the South Australians.

They now face a Geelong side that begin the round sitting fourth in the table with eight victories and four defeats in their 12 matches thus far. The Victorians succumbed to their most surprising loss last week, beaten by four points by a poor Carlton side.

Geelong had been propelling themselves up towards the top end of the table but with a fairly low-scoring run, which the Crows will seek to exploit to control the game at the Adelaide Oval and so it may not be a high-scoring clash.
