AC Milan vs Venezia prediction

AC Milan began the 2026-27 Serie A season with a hard-fought 2-1 defeat of Torino at Stadio Grande Torino in Piedmont last weekend. Amorim’s Milan went 2-0 up with quick-fire goals mid-way through the second half via Alphadjo Cisse and Adrien Rabiot before Scotland international Che Adams scored a late consolation for Torino.

Venezia have spent fairly heavily for a newly-promoted side over the summer, having won Serie B last season. The Venetians, still under the management of Giovanni Stoppa, kick off their return to the top-flight with a 2-0 defeat at home to Lecce due to second half goals scored by Olaf Gorter and Tiago Gabriel.

Stroppa is known for playing a proactive style and that is perhaps ideal for an Amorim-coached side that seek to quickly exploit space and so siding with AC Milan is the way to go for this one.
