Massimiliano Allegri's AC Milan may well have blown their chances at the Serie A title as the Rossoneri now welcome Torino to Serie A on Saturday evening.

Kick-off date/time:

How to watch on TV: UK – DAZN / US – Paramount+ & DAZN

AC Milan preview: Drifting away

AC Milan begin this weekend's round of fixtures sitting eight points adrift of league leaders Internazionale, with two of their three defeats this season coming in their last four matches.

The Rossoneri come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 defeat to an out of form Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico last weekend due to a 26th minute winner scored by winger Gustav Isaksen.

Torino preview: Improved but mid-table

Roberto D'Aversa's Torino have managed to push themselves away from the bottom three and the relegation places with two victories in their last three matches in Serie A.

The visitors' most recent outing saw them hammer Parma by four goals to one last weekend, courtesy of goals from Giovanni Simeone, Emirhan Ilkhan, Duvan Zapata and a Mandela Keita own goal.

AC Milan team news: RLC frustration

A recent fairly severe facial injury has ruled out previously in-form Ruben Loftus-Cheek from the upcoming England squad, while defender Matteo Gabbia is also unavailable for the Rossoneri.

Predicted XI (3-5-2): Maignan; Tomori, De Winter, Pavlovic; Saelemaekers, Fofana, Modric, Jashari; Pervis Estupinan; Pulisic, Leao

Unavailable: Gabbia (Injured), Loftus-Cheek (Injured)

Questionable: Santiago Gimenez (Injured)

Torino team news: Nothing fresh

As they travel to San Siro, Torino have no fresh injury concerns or suspension issues with former Toulouse attacking midfielder Zakaria Aboukhlal being a doubt due to a knee injury.

Predicted XI (3-5-2): Paleari; Saul Coco, Ismajli, Ebosse; Pedersen, Vlasic, Ilkhan, Gineitis, Rafa Obrador; Giovanni Simeone, Adams

Unavailable:

Questionable: Aboukhlal (Injured)

AC Milan vs Torino prediction

Home advantage often works in favour of AC Milan. Massimiliano Allegri will expect to keep things as tight as ever and snatch a goal. Torino have been a bit more entertaining to watch of late but they do have to remain a side that should be quite easy pickings for the hosts, albeit any home win, which is still expected, it still likely to be a low-scoring encounter at San Siro.

AC Milan vs Torino tip: AC Milan to win & under 3.5 goals
