The prediction

In their most recent outing, the Bulldogs succumbed to a 75-point demolition at the hands of Geelong at the GMBHA last week. That came on the back of a 40-point loss to Hawthorn the week before and a response is now required this week.

Coached by Dean Cox, the Sydney Swans, who haven’t won the AFL since 2012, have moved to the top after an impressive 41-point defeat of the GWS Giants last week, with an excellent performance from Charlie Curnow the standout individual showing.

The Swans are in fine form with three successive victories and they should be backed to make that four-in-a-row at the Marvel Stadium on Thursday.
