UAE vs Bahrain prediction
The United Arab Emirates come into this one on the back of finishing third in Group A of the third round of AFC qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The UAE have since defeated Syria by three goals to one the other day in a friendly at the Zabeel Stadium in Dubai.
They now face a Bahrain side that come into this one on the back of finishing rock-bottom in Group C of that stage of qualification, even behind the Indonesians. Bahrain most recently shared a 2-2 draw with Qatar in Doha the other day, and they are now winless in five FIFA-recognised matches since winning the FIFA Gulf Cup in January.
Bahrain have declined dramatically in the calendar year of 2025 and the UAE should tune themselves up for next month with a victory in this one in Dubai.
