Turkey vs Spain prediction

Vincenzo Montella has produced an entertaining Turkey side that has a lot of talent, most notably nowadays the continued emergence of Real Madrid midfielder Arda Guler. The Turks came through a thriller in their opener as they defeated Georgia by three goals to two in Tbilisi, in a game in which they had led 3-0.

They face a Spain side that are European champions and, under Luis de la Fuente, have simply been exceptional for about two and a half years now. La Roja started their FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign with a 3-0 demolition of Bulgaria at the Vasil Levski in Sofia the other day, courtesy of first-half strikes from Mikel Oyarzabal, Marc Cucurella and Mikel Merino.

Turkey will not be daunted by the dominance and talents of Spain, and they will get after the champions, and this should be a thriller for the neutral, regardless of who managed to get themselves on top.

Turkey vs Spain tip: Over 2.5 goals
