Southern Brave will be hoping that their relentless pace bowling attack gives them the edge here at Trent Bridge, with an arsenal including the likes of Jofra Archer, Chris Jordan, Tymal Mills and Craig Overton available for selection. They’ve got the batting capable of succeeding as well, although they’d love even more conviction on that front.
Trent Rockets were comprehensively beaten by London Spirit and their batting line-up simply does not look very strong right now. They are reliant often on Joe Root and with respect to one of the greatest to play the game, in this format you need players with more raw power than Root to force the issue.
