Trent Rockets have so far won three of their four men’s Hundred fixtures this year. All three of their victories have been successful run chases and they are still yet to be beaten at home. Tom Moores was the hero last time out with 55 as the Rockets narrowly got the better of Southern Brave by four wickets.
It’s been a tough competition so far for Manchester Originals but a resounding 57-run win over Northern Superchargers last weekend has at least given them so renewed hope. But after five group games, the Originals are still yet to win back-to-back fixtures and the Rockets are a strong all-round squad who make full use of their home advantage.
