Toluca vs Leon prediction
Toluca come into this one on the back of a 4-0 hammering of Juarez as they continue some strong form. That came after a 2-0 defeat of Austin in the quarter-finals of this competition and they are now on a five-match unbeaten run of form.
They now face a Leon side that have been a little more inconsistent domestically with three wins, a draw and two defeats in the Liga MX Apertura thus far. They were held to a 1-1 draw by Atlante in their most recent outing at the weekend.
Leon hammered Real Salt Lake in the CONCACAF Leagues Cup last week but Toluca are a generally stronger side and will fancy themselves for this one.
