World number 16 Alexander Zverev came back from a set down to beat Alexander Bublik for the first time on Tuesday. The former world number two was enjoying some excellent form last summer before suffering a serious ankle injury in the semi-finals of Roland-Garros and he is still working his way back to a more recognisable version of himself. World number 29 Roberto Bautista Agut started 2023 off in excellent shape but the Spaniard looks to be suffering a mini crisis in confidence on tour with Monday’s tight victory over Fili Krajinovic only his second win in his last eight matches since making the round of 16 at the Australian Open. The 34-year-old won both of his first two matches against Zverev before the German took control of their head-to-head record, winning the next four, but the pair have not met since 2018. With both players far from their best it is probably wise to leave this match out of an accumulator but otherwise back Zverev to win outright.
