If this doubles match is required it could end up one of the best of the week between Poland’s pile-driving duo of Hurkacz and Swiatek and France’s more seasoned specialists in Garcia and 40-year-old Edouard Roger-Vasselin, both of whom have won Roland-Garros doubles titles. Swatek and Hurkacz look the stronger pair on this week’s form, blasting past Brazil and Spain without dropping a set, but Garcia and Roger-Vasselin impressed in a tight victory over Germany and Thursday’s more manageable result against Norway.
