The prediction
St Kilda (14th) are coming off that truly miraculous victory. Trailing Melbourne by 46 points at three-quarter time, they stormed home to win after the siren, completing the biggest final-quarter comeback in the game's history.
North Melbourne (17th) were on the receiving end of a 101-point thrashing from Geelong, 150-49. They have lost their last five games and appear to be in off season mode already.
St Kilda’s classy wingman, Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera, was superb in their comeback win over Melbourne. He provided constant run and drive, with 34 disposals, 9 score involvements, and the last two goals of the match, including the winner.
For North Melbourne, midfielder Luke Parker was a lone hand against the Cats. In a well-beaten side, he fought hard all day to finish with 31 disposals and 7 clearances.
St Kilda has completely dominated North Melbourne in recent years, having won the last five meetings between the two clubs. This includes a 38-point victory in Round 8 of the last season.
Given St Kilda's recent head-to-head dominance, it is difficult to see any result other than a comfortable Saints victory.
