Salford City vs Grimsby Town prediction

Salford City did an excellent job in the first leg after falling behind in the opening minute, equalising straight after and going on to win with a goal from Adebola Oluwo before half time. All the action came in the first half but just as notable was Salford’s defensive performance, especially in the second half as they killed the game off to set things up nicely in this second leg.

Grimsby will need to be better from an attacking point of view, but have their work cut out when you consider the offensive options at the disposal of Karl Robinson. It’s that offense which should propel the Ammies to further success in the second leg with home advantage being in their favour, so explore backing them via the safety of the draw no bet market.
