THE PREDICTION

Parramatta Eels were far from their best but they did enough to get the job done and make it three wins from their last four games as they got the better of New Zealand Warriors last week. They now face a much tougher task as they take on top four rivals Brisbane Broncos with the away team coming into this on the back of successive wins after they edged Gold Coast Titans in their Queensland derby. The Broncos are boosted by the return of a clutch of players from injury and State of Origin commitments with their team looking significantly strengthened this week and that gives them great appeal to end a five-game losing run against the Eels, especially as they are handed a +6.5 start on the handicap.
