Rakow Czestochowa vs Hajduk Split prediction

Michele Sego gave Hajduk an early lead in the first-leg of this UEFA Europa Conference League play-off round tie before Mahir Emreli equalised for Rakow before half-time. Dalisson de Almeida re-established Rakow’s lead but an Adrion Pajaziti red card allowed Rakow to eventually punish the ten-man Croats, courtesy of a Lamine Diaby-Fadiga deep into second half stoppage-time.

Rakow reached the knockout play-off round of this competition last season but they have been unconvincing in victories against Valletta and then Hammarby so far this summer, while Hajduk were dramatically beaten by Pafos after extra-time in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League before they then made it past Zalgiris Vilnius, albeit again conceding twice in the away leg of that one.

Given their struggled on the road, Rakow will fancy themselves to punish Hajduk but Hajduk will also be aware of the frailties of the hosts and so both teams scoring seems a good bet for this second-leg.
