Portugal vs Chile prediction

Roberto Martinez’ Portugal come into this one on the back of a solid March international break whereby they shared a goalless draw with Mexico before then easing to a comfortable 2-0 defeat of the United States a few days’ later.

They now face a Chile side that were one of just four teams from South America to miss out on qualification for this summer. The Chileans did improve at the back end of 2025 with three successive victories against Peru, twice, as well as Russia.

Chile showed signs of improvement throughout last year but Portugal remain firm favourites to begin their pre-tournament friendly preparation in style.

Portugal vs Chile tip: Portugal to win to nil
