- New England Patriots suffered a fourth straight loss last week as they went down to AFC East rivals Buffalo Bills, ending a long winning streak against that particular opponent.

THE PREDICTION
New England Patriots have struggled in their first season without QB Tom Brady and their hopes of making the post-season are already hanging by a thread. They sit at 2-5 and must go on a winning streak to put themselves back in contention, starting with this trip to face the winless New York Jets. The home team are 0-8 and are the only franchise in the NFL without a win this season as they close in on the #1 pick in next year’s draft. Despite the struggles of the Patriots, they should be too good in this one and they should come out on top of a low-scoring affair that produces no more than 44 points.
