He earnt a split decision over Kyung Pyo Kim (2022) in the semifinal to set up his clash with Jeka Saragih (2023) at UFC Fight Night 218 in February. He rose to the occasion putting on his best performance to date knocking him out in the second round, winning the tournament and picking up a performance bonus in the process.

At first glance, it looks like Breeden is being fed to Jubli to help kickstart his UFC career. Jubli is a strong grappler and Breeden only has a takedown defence of 62%.
That said, Breeden has a good ability to spring back up to his feet and he is a dangerous striker. He is understandably the heavy underdog considering their form, but Jubli is unproven at this level.
We expect his wrestling to be enough to secure the takedown in each round and assume enough control time to sway the judges, but there is value on Breeden.
