They’ve already won three of their four group games played so far, but victory over their biggest rivals would be a strong message to the rest of the field.
Manchester Originals have struggled at home since the start of the tournament, but if ever there was a time to turn that around, this would be it. They have the players to do it, Sophie Ecclestone is arguably the best spin-bowler in the world, whilst Amelia Kerr, Deandra Dottin and Lauren Filer can all play decisive roles. Backing the hosts may well prove the value play.
